What we’re doing

Who would have thought this would be a reality in our world? At Cornerstone we are incredibly thankful for your continued generosity in giving to support our programming and now we are called to give and support in our new world reality. Cornerstone is responding to COVID-19 in the following ways:

Weekly Food Delivery: We know that many of our folks are unable to get out to the grocery store for a variety of reasons, so we are partnering with our friends at Chapelwood UMC/Fairhaven UMC in order to provide weekly food delivery options. If you know of someone in the Spring Branch community that could use this assistance please have them text @cfmdeliver to 81010. (Make sure to include the "@" symbol.

HEB Gift Card Assistance: For folks that need more specialized items (toiletries, medication prescription pickup, etc... we are offering HEB gift cards. In order to take advantage of this, folks need to text @cfmrelief to 81010.

Hot Meals: We are partnering with our friends at Spring Spirit, Bayou City Fellowship, and NewSpring to offer periodic fresh hot meals. Two weeks ago we were able to help provide over 200 meals to families from all of the above listed organizations. Many more events are in the planning stage and we are communicating those dates and times to our families as they come up.
